Description
The City of North Las Vegas is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive security services for events held at Craig Ranch Regional Park, the Craig Ranch Amphitheater, and various other City Parks. The primary objective is to ensure the safety and security of all attendees, staff, performers, vendors, and City property during concerts, festivals, community gatherings, and special events. Services may be required at various locations within Craig Ranch Regional Park, throughout the City of North Las Vegas, and at additional venues that may be designated by the City in the future. The selected vendor(s) must be capable of providing professional, reliable, and scalable security services to support events of varying sizes and operational needs. The scope of work includes crowd management, access control, baggage and security checks, artist and VIP protection, surveillance and monitoring, and emergency response. The vendor will be responsible for providing appropriately trained and licensed security personnel, including supervisors, licensed security guards, crowd control specialists, and first-aid trained personnel. The vendor must also ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment such as radios, metal detectors, first-aid kits, and vehicles for transportation. Electronic reporting of incidents, condition reports, and coordination with city staff and law enforcement are also required.
