Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for commercial snow-clearing equipment under NAICS 333120. The requirement includes snowplow blades, plow boxes, vehicle undercarriages for Ford and Chevrolet trucks, handheld controls, vehicle CAN wiring kits, V-box spreaders, LCD control kits, and installation on five specified vehicles. The equipment must be delivered FOB destination to the Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton warehouse by September 30, 2026. Installation may occur at the institution or within 50 miles of it. The Government may make a single award, multiple awards, or no award, and will evaluate delivery timeframe, price, and past performance. A signed SF 1449 with vendor information is required, and representations and certifications must be completed through SAM/ORCA.
