Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority is soliciting quotations for an open-end contract to purchase Windows-based business-class computers and peripherals. The requested equipment includes standard and high-performance desktop PCs, standard and high-performance laptops, mobile workstations, 24-inch and 27-inch monitors, compatible docking stations, and 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe solid-state drives. Chromebooks, rugged laptops, Mac computers, refurbished equipment, used equipment, and recycled components are excluded. All proposed equipment must be new OEM products and must meet detailed technical specifications, including Windows 11 Pro, specified Intel Core Ultra processors, memory and storage capacities, connectivity, display, security, energy-efficiency, compatibility, and warranty requirements. Vendors must provide detailed manufacturer specification sheets or cut sheets, warranty documentation, signed agency terms and conditions, and a completed pricing response. The contract will operate on an open-end basis with quantities ordered according to agency needs; listed quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery is required within 16 working days after receipt of an order, and the vendor must provide inventory, replacement, technical support, and warranty services.
