Description
The City of Panama City is soliciting bids for construction of the SRF Area P-12 Improvements project in the Cove neighborhood. The work includes replacement of approximately 15,916 linear feet of road, 15,216 linear feet of water line, 4,705 linear feet of sewer line, and 7,731 linear feet of sewer lining along E. Beach Drive, Harmon Avenue, Cone Avenue, Wilson Avenue, Allen Avenue, Linda Avenue, Hamilton Avenue, North Cove Boulevard, North MacArthur Avenue, East 2nd Court, East 2nd Place, East 2nd Street, and East 3rd Street. The project has an expected duration of 365 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire portal by November 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The solicitation states that detailed bid-submittal, qualification, procedural, and award requirements are contained in the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents.
