Description
Columbia Association is seeking a modern, cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution to replace its Infor Lawson financial management system, Questica PowerPlan budgeting platform, and related manual and point-to-point processes. The solution must provide integrated financial management, procurement, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analytics, enterprise asset management, workflow automation, customer self-service, payment processing, and secure integrations with retained systems including Ceridian Dayforce, Club Automation, 8x8/Diagenix IVR, Smartsheet, and Esri ArcGIS. The scope includes implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, organizational change management, cutover, go-live, at least 60 days of post-go-live hypercare, and ongoing maintenance and support. Vendors must complete the Requirements Traceability Matrix, Vendor Compliance Response Workbook, pricing schedule, and Minority Business Enterprise form. The proposed solution must support native rules-based property assessment billing for approximately 27,000 accounts and approximately $50 million in annual billings, with stringent security, disaster recovery, integration, data-masking, performance, and auditability requirements. The target go-live date is May 1, 2027.
