Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking fresh eggs for correctional-facility kitchens. Products must be brown or white, fresh, U.S. Grade A, medium or large, loose-packed in 15- or 30-dozen cases, USDA inspected, stamped and dated no more than 17 days before delivery, and delivered at no more than 45°F. Products must be properly labeled with identity and origin, and substitutions will not be accepted. The quote must include itemized unit and extended pricing, inclusive of delivery costs, for the quantities listed in Exhibit D. Delivery is required to five facilities during the week of October 5–9, 2026, with all products delivered no later than October 9, 2026. The response must include Exhibits A through G, including the completed bidder response, vendor information, W-9, price quote, outside-U.S./Colorado performance disclosure, non-conflict certification, and consent-to-search form. Product brands and nutritional specifications must be submitted for approval when not previously approved; samples may be requested before closing.
