Description
Skanska USA Building Inc., as construction manager/general contractor, is soliciting lump-sum base bids from subcontractors and vendors for 17 work categories for construction of the University of Oregon–Portland Campus Child Behavioral Health Building. Categories include concrete, waterproofing, framing/drywall/ceilings, glazing and storefronts, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, elevators, casework and finish carpentry, flooring, tiling, painting and coatings, building specialties, signage, window coverings, operable partitions, landscaping, and final cleaning. The concrete category includes work Skanska intends to self-perform. Bids must be submitted in the applicable bid package through BuildingConnected. Bidders must complete Skanska’s prequalification process. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and bid questions are directed to the named Skanska contact.
