Description
The San Antonio Water System is seeking a contractor for a work order contract covering land clearing, grubbing, stripping, and brush clearing in areas designated by the utility. Pricing will be established on a per-square-foot or per-acre basis, with rates used throughout the agreement as maintenance areas are identified. The solicitation is a formal invitation for bid and permits electronic submission or sealed bids delivered to the Purchasing Department. The package includes terms and conditions, the scope of work, security procedures, equal employment opportunity and small-business policies, insurance specifications, a conflict-of-interest form, a consent-decree notice provision, and sample bonds.
