Description
Dillingham Public Library is seeking responsive bids for one bundled Category 1 Internet access and data transmission service, with bandwidth options from 50 Mbps through 5 Gbps where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions will be considered, including fiber, copper, satellite, microwave, or other transport technologies. Proposals must identify the offered bandwidth, last-mile and middle-mile transport methods, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, data limits, overage charges, usage restrictions, and any leased equipment with make and model. Installation and initial configuration are required. Pricing must separately identify recurring, non-recurring, installation and activation, equipment or rental, surcharge, and usage-based charges, and must provide enough detail to determine total cost. One-year pricing is mandatory, while multi-year and month-to-month options may also be offered. Bidders must reference FCC Form 470 application number 270001720, hold a valid SPIN/498 ID, provide discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method, and submit a complete service-specific bid rather than generic marketing materials.
