Description
Angelo State University is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified general trades firms to provide on-call and project-based services for minor repairs, renovations, maintenance jobs, and small capital improvements. The scope includes electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC work, earthwork and concrete, roofing, painting, and related specialty trades. Selected firms will provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, site coordination, safety, quality control, closeout documentation, warranty support, and other services required for individual job requests. Individual job budgets will be less than $250,000, and qualified firms may be solicited for proposals on individual scopes of work. The qualification term runs through August 31, 2028. Responses are limited to 25 pages and must address firm information, relevant higher-education and commercial experience, project references, safety and health, claims and litigation, accounting systems, financial stability, and experience modification ratings. A signed Attachment A is mandatory; a VetHUB subcontracting plan is not required with this qualification response but will be required for subsequent project proposals when applicable.
