Description
Orlando Utilities Commission seeks a supplier to inspect its submersible lift stations on monthly or quarterly schedules. Work includes operational checks of floats and alarms, electrical measurements and diagnostics, pump motor testing, equipment monitoring, maintaining on-site inspection logs, and reporting deficiencies. The supplier must provide qualified personnel, in-house pump removal capability, electrical troubleshooting, and emergency response, including acknowledgment within 15 minutes and a qualified technician on site within two hours unless OUC authorizes otherwise. The supplier must identify applicable Florida water-operator licenses or certifications for assigned personnel and maintain a staffed or monitored 24-hour emergency telephone number. Pricing is requested for scheduled inspections, non-emergency repairs, emergency call-outs, additional-hours work, engineering/design, and parts markup. Subcontractor names and references must be included in the initial response if subcontractors will be used; OUC retains responsibility approval over subcontracting.
