Description
The contractor must provide the personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services needed to pump out the sewage lift station, removing up to approximately 2,000 gallons per visit. Service is requested on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, generally between 8:00 a.m. and noon, except federal holidays; adjusted hours or occasional weekend and holiday work may be required. The contractor is responsible for removing the waste from the site daily and disposing of it in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. The quote must include a technical approach demonstrating the ability to meet the Statement of Work, pricing consistent with the applicable Service Contract Act wage determination, required offeror information and representations, and a statement of agreement with the solicitation terms. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed-price award and will evaluate technical acceptability and price, using a lowest-priced technically acceptable approach. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
