Description
The Pease Development Authority is soliciting bids for one new 2026 or 2027 Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 3500HD WT, or equivalent commercial-use pickup truck. The vehicle must be diesel-powered, four-wheel drive, single-cab, single-rear-wheel, have an 8-foot bed, a minimum 11,800-pound GVWR, a 142-inch wheelbase, specified electrical and convenience features, and a red or black finished body. The manufacturer must be ISO 9001:2000 certified for the design, sale, and manufacture of commercial utility bodies, and certification must accompany the bid. The truck must include a Fisher XV2 9-foot-6-inch or equivalent snow-plow package with specified steel construction, cutting edge, mounting system, wiring, and plow dimensions. The all-inclusive bid price must include delivery and installation, and the truck must be delivered to the Authority's maintenance facility. Bidders must submit the provided bid form, statement of qualifications, required equivalency information if applicable, and the manufacturer's ISO certification. The selected vendor must provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty and meet the stated insurance requirements before work begins.
