Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for four Mil-Spec machine bolts (hex cap screws), NSN 5306-00-010-8587, part piece number MIL-DTL-1222 Type I Grade 2. The bolts must meet the stated technical and quality requirements, including steel construction, 5/16-18 UNC-2A dimensions, 1-5/8-inch length, required material, manufacturer, and lot markings, and applicable inspection and sampling requirements. The items must be packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, marked and labeled under MIL-STD-129, and delivered FOB origin to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard receiving facilities in Kittery, Maine. The required quantity is four each, with delivery specified as five days after award or order. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated closing date.
