Niagara Region seeks an all-inclusive ware-wash program and housekeeping chemicals and supplies for seven long-term care homes serving approximately 984 residents. The scope includes the automatic dispensing equipment required for the program. The homes operate commercial kitchens and laundry systems; the existing laundry systems use an ozone laundry system. The region is redeveloping one home, with a future occupancy of 996 beds across the seven homes and two additional wellness centers.
