Description
The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services. These services are required for all long-term bonds issued by the City that are subject to the arbitrage requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The successful consultant must meet all requirements of the RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified.
