Description
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultant teams to provide architectural and engineering services for the comprehensive restoration and design of the Publick Playhouse. The solicitation includes supporting feasibility, conditions-assessment, presentation, design-guidelines, accessibility-standards, and sample-contract materials. Proposers must submit a technical proposal and a price proposal, each as a single PDF formatted as stated in Part V, Section 1, through the electronic procurement portal. Addendum One requires proposers to acknowledge receipt by signing and returning the addendum letter with the proposal or identifying the addendum number and date.
