Description
The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase and delivery of 93% sulfuric acid certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for the Twin Oaks Plant desalination bulk tanks. The solicitation is for an annual contract and requires bidders to furnish the goods at the offered prices and stated terms. Bids may be submitted electronically or by sealed bid. The solicitation package includes terms and conditions, general requirements and scope, insurance specifications, security procedures, equal-employment and small-business policies, a no-bid sheet, a conflict-of-interest form, and Addendum 1. The bid is scheduled for virtual unsealing on September 8, 2026, with anticipated consideration at the November 3, 2026, board meeting.
