The Alabama Department of Public Health is soliciting quotes for comprehensive lawn care services at the Chilton County Health Department located at 301 Health Center Dr., Clanton, AL 35045. The contract period is from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Services include mowing, weed-eating, and edging every two weeks (approximately 24 services), with blowing of leaves and debris from sidewalks, door entrances, parking lots, and generator area after each service. Additionally, the contractor must install pine straw twice per year (fall and spring) at a minimum thickness of 3 inches, trim bushes and trees at least twice per year or as needed, and perform weed removal including applying weed and feed twice per year. The awarded vendor must supply all materials and equipment. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited, and the person(s) performing the service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.
