Description
Sauk County, on behalf of the Tri-County Airport Commission, is soliciting proposals for repairs to the terminal building at the Tri-County Airport. The scope of work includes: * **Roof Replacement:** Replacing three existing roofs with a standing seam metal roof. The color will be selected by the owner. * **Soffit and Fascia:** Removing existing soffit and fascia and replacing with new aluminum vented soffit and fascia, including a new eaves and downspout system. * **Siding Replacement:** Removing existing T1-11 wood siding and replacing it with metal siding on all walls. Insulation issues behind the siding need to be verified and addressed prior to replacement. The color will be selected by the owner. * **Window Replacement:** Removing and replacing all windows with energy-efficient new construction windows. White windows are preferred. All work must meet building code requirements. The vendor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. The work must be substantially completed by November 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on June 15, 2026.
