The Town of Bolton is soliciting a contractor to restore two existing earthen dams at Bowers Spring Conservation Area. The scope includes adding clean fill, resolving wildlife holes, stabilizing damaged areas, and creating a defined tread along the tops of the earthen dams. An optional on-site pre-bid visit is scheduled for November 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening is scheduled for November 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.; electronic quotes are not permitted.
