Description
The City of Kingman seeks a contractor to renovate three existing public restrooms at Centennial Park. Work includes demolition and disposal; replacement of plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, partitions, countertops, doors, and hardware; painting and repairs; installation of restroom accessories, including ADA grab bars and hand dryers; and final cleaning. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, locates, and incidentals. Bidders must price the listed line items and demonstrate the ability to meet the stated delivery requirements. The award is intended for the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, considering total cost and delivery capability.
