Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Corinth is soliciting bids for a lump-sum general construction contract to perform its 2026 Roofing Program at Project 072-002 (Combs) and Project 072-004 (Morgan Point). Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the architect, in duplicate, and sealed in an envelope with the specified project title, "Bid Documents," and the contractor's Certificate of Responsibility number displayed on the exterior. Bidders must hold a commercial contractor license. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Specifications and drawings are available as original paper copies through the designated plan room.
