Description
The NYS Office of Mental Health, through Rockland Psychiatric Center, is soliciting bids for preventive maintenance services for their Building Management System (BMS) and ancillary equipment. The services will cover various buildings including Bldg. 17, Bldg. 57, Bldg. 57 - Kitchen, Bldg. 58, Bldg. 59, Bldg. 60, and Bldg. 184 CSB. The scope of work includes scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, as detailed in Appendix D, Exhibit A, and corrective action-based maintenance. The contract also allows for time and material repairs for equipment not covered under preventive maintenance or warranty. Bidders are required to submit a bid quote sheet and adhere to specific submission guidelines. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Bids are due by Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
