Description
The Forest Service seeks removal and disposal of two approximately 300-gallon underground heating-oil tanks, including associated piping and appurtenances, excavation, backfilling, and restoration of disturbed surfaces. Work includes soil sampling and tank decommissioning in accordance with applicable environmental requirements. Contaminated soil removal and disposal at an authorized facility is an option, capped at 20 cubic yards. The scope also includes selective concrete demolition and replacement, including sidewalk restoration. The quotation must include pricing for all schedule line items, a completed Experience Questionnaire, a technical-capability narrative addressing similar tank-removal work, surface restoration, key personnel, quality control, and subcontractors, a project-specific Quality Control Plan, and past-performance information. The contract time is 30 calendar days, and the stated estimated performance period is June 1–30, 2027.
