Description
The General Services Administration’s Fleet program is conducting market research on contractors that can provide vehicle auction and marshalling services, or marshalling-only services. Auction support may include vehicle inspections and condition reports, pricing and repair recommendations, marketing, inventory and sales documentation, bidder and buyer support, payment collection, vehicle storage, transport, reconditioning, and an online sales platform. The work also encompasses support for electric vehicles, including charging infrastructure and specialized handling. Marshalling services may include receiving and inspecting new vehicles, pre-delivery inspections, telematics installation or activation, vehicle preparation and customer education, vehicle exchanges, transportation, inventory control, secure storage, and related documentation. Interested parties are asked to provide company and facility information, annual marshalling capacity and vehicle types, and information about their proximity to the service area and facility ownership or lease status. Responses are limited to 15 pages and may be submitted in Word-compatible or PDF format. This is an RFI for market research, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
