This is an advance notice of an upcoming RFP for independent, on-call workplace investigative services for Santa Clara Valley Water District. The anticipated scope includes investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace misconduct, and other alleged violations of the District’s policies, rules, procedures, guidelines, or other governing requirements. Solicitation documents are expected to be published on or about September 28, 2026; this notice does not provide the full solicitation or its submission requirements.
