Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide material handling equipment rental services supporting the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center 27-01 rotation. The requirement includes one 10,000-pound telehandler forklift and four 5,000-pound telehandler forklifts, each with up to 14 feet of forward reach, four-wheel drive, off-road capability, hydraulic fork tilt and side shift, variable reach, load stability systems, four-speed automatic transmissions, and unlimited mileage. The contractor must provide a qualified operator for each forklift during a 12-hour daily operating window, maintain sufficient staffing for schedule changes, and provide all maintenance, repairs, materials, labor, and fuel. Unusable equipment must be repaired or replaced within 24 hours of notice. The period of performance is October 25 through November 22, 2026. Quotes must include complete firm-fixed pricing, a technical approach, the completed vendor information form, and recent and relevant experience information; the government will evaluate up to two experience examples and may award based on initial quotes without discussions.
