Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to 10X Genomics, Inc. for Chromium GEM-X sequencing reagents. The reagents will support single-cell RNA sequencing research involving Gulf War Illness patient populations, including preparation of gene expression, T-cell receptor, and B-cell receptor libraries for sequencing and subsequent data analysis. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Available small businesses may submit a written capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement; the Government will decide at its discretion whether to compete the proposed award. The notice cites FAR Part 6.302-1 and states that the reagents are needed to maintain consistent experimental protocols across ongoing research projects.
