Los Alamos National Laboratory is offering exclusive and non-exclusive licensing opportunities for TIDAL (Target-Induced Droplet Assembly of Ligands), a patent-pending, protein-only platform that fuses target-specific nanobodies with an encapsulation peptide to create target-responsive liquid-protein droplets through liquid-liquid phase separation. The technology is identified as TRL 3 under LA-UR-26-27937. Potential applications include resin-free protein and enzyme purification, subcutaneous slow-release drug delivery, intracellular sequestration of oncogenic or viral proteins, high-sensitivity diagnostics, point-of-care testing, enzyme immobilization, biocatalysis, and protein-capture reagents. This is a technology licensing opportunity, not a request for external development services.
