Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single-source contract to Siemens Industry Software Inc. for Biodynamics Siemens' Madymo Software Subscription Licenses. This procurement includes modeling software for crash simulation and associated maintenance support. Siemens is the sole developer and distributor of Madymo license software and license rights, making them the only known source capable of providing the necessary maintenance and license renewals for government entities. Without this contract, the current Madymo Software licenses will not receive essential updates, potentially leading to ambiguous reports and data during information gathering for CAMI.
