Description
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry is seeking responses from potential suppliers for a one-year service contract for their LECO Combustion Analysis Instrumentation Suite. This suite includes a Nitrogen Analyzer (Model #FP828, Serial #26119) and a Sulfur Analyzer (Model #S832, Serial #51223), both located at the laboratory in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contract requires preventative maintenance to be performed on-site. The service must be carried out by manufacturer-trained and authorized personnel with current certification for the specified instruments. The bid must include all parts and supplies needed for preventative maintenance, which should be genuine LECO parts or equivalent. Telephone support for hardware and software problems is required Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CT. On-site troubleshooting and repair, including diagnosis and correction of malfunctions, are also part of the service specifications. All labor, travel costs, shipping, and parts for preventative maintenance must be included in the bid price. A comprehensive preventative maintenance service should be performed according to LECO's standard checklist, including general system inspection, replacement of major wear components, tubing checks and replacement, ballast checks, and combustion/afterburner tube replacement. Service personnel must follow laboratory safety rules and OSHA guidelines. A checklist detailing all services performed must be provided, and the service personnel must demonstrate and document that the instrument is operating properly after the work is completed.
