Description
Metropolitan Arts Institute is seeking bids for bundled internet access and data transmission services with capacity from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The service must be guaranteed for delivery, include a leased router, include all taxes and fees, support bandwidth upgrades without extending the original contract term, and use SPI invoicing. Vendors must separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services and comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule and national security supply-chain restrictions. The opportunity also requests managed internal broadband services under Category Two, with installation and initial configuration and hardware specified in an associated RFP referenced by the Form 470. Budgetary quotes and vendor price lists will not be considered, and emailed bids are not accepted. The selected vendor must agree to pay legal fees if it cannot deliver services as quoted.
