Description
The Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID) is seeking competitive bids for a blanket contract to provide services and repairs for the Schneider Electric Energy Management System, which is integrated with the Phoenix Controls negative air system. Services will include system services and repairs, labor, materials, transportation, tools, and equipment on an "as needed, on call" basis. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the possibility of three one-year renewals and one one-year extension. Key services include: - 24/7 remote energy management support (60 hours/year) - 12 on-site visits per year, averaging at least 6 hours each, for troubleshooting, energy consulting, customer training, and building efficiency reviews. - Monthly remote building automation system monitoring (12 hours/year) with written reports. - Semi-annual system database backups. - Non-warranty service, parts, and materials on an "on call, as needed" basis, requiring a written estimate prior to services rendered. Bidders must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and assigned personnel must have at least two years of relevant experience. A minimum of three verifiable references for similar contracts within the last five years are required.
