Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one each of NSN 6520-01-495-1910, a 3-by-3-inch polyethylene-coated mixing pad containing 100 sheets per pad. The item must be commercially packaged, protected against damage or breakage, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable shipment-marking requirements. The solicitation identifies Henry Schein, Inc. part number 100-2880 as the source and part number, but does not state that only that manufacturer or part number may be offered. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Delivery is FOB destination, with a stated delivery requirement of 20 days after award, to the specified U.S. Navy vessel shipment destination.
