Description
Plaquemines Parish Engineering and Public Works is soliciting bids for construction point repairs at Lift Station #552. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for roof and window repair and replacement, along with exterior and interior repairs to the existing brick building, as shown in the plans and specifications. Bidders must hold the required Louisiana contractor license classification, and the bid must include security of at least 5% of the total bid price. The solicitation permits online bid submission and also provides for sealed physical bids. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and the plans, specifications, bid forms, and bond forms are available from the engineer upon payment of a refundable document deposit.
