Description
Delaware County, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for custodial services at multiple county-owned and leased locations. The scope includes routine cleaning, carpet cleaning by hot-water extraction or equivalent, interior and exterior window cleaning, consumables management under the applicable pricing option, and day porter coverage at designated sites. Biohazard-bag handling and disposal are excluded from the vendor’s scope, while staff assigned to the autopsy suite and Crime Lab must successfully complete background checks and fingerprinting. Addendum #3 extends the submission deadline to September 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and requires bidders to use updated Bid Cost A and B formulas. The addendum identifies DSC Solutions and CNS Cleaning Company as current service providers and confirms that the bid bond must be based on the initial three-year contract amount. The Certificate of Good Standing or Subsistence Certificate must be submitted with the bid. The contract start date will be determined after evaluation and County Council approval.
