Description
Orangeburg County is soliciting janitorial and custodial services five days per week for a 20,000-square-foot facility housing the South Carolina Department of Public Health and Vital Records. The scope covers entrances, lobbies, waiting and reception areas, patient examination areas, meeting areas, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, lunchrooms, common areas, and warehouse areas. The contractor must furnish and maintain all cleaning equipment, while supplies and a staging/storage area will be provided by the owner. Required duties include routine dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, restroom cleaning, trash removal excluding biohazard and sharps waste, carpet care, surface cleaning, site supervision, janitor-closet organization, and securing the facility. The contractor must have CIMS and IICRC certification. The contract term is two years.
