Description
The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District is soliciting bids for a 12-month annual price agreement covering ADS N-12 or equivalent dual-wall, high-density polyethylene pipe in diameters from 12 to 60 inches. The requested supplies include pipe, split-sleeve couplers with gaskets, 22.5-degree BXB elbows, and BXBXB tees, all meeting the stated AASHTO and ASTM specifications and applicable safety standards. Bidders must provide unit pricing for each listed item, clearly detail freight charges and provide an example of how delivery charges will be applied, and submit product documentation, paperwork, and brochures. The bid requires compliance with mandatory forms and certifications, including campaign contribution disclosure, suspension and debarment certification, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and applicable resident-business preference documentation.
