Description
Horry-Georgetown Technical College seeks a contractor to remove and dispose of existing carpet, clean and prepare floors, and provide and install specified new carpet and wall base in designated rooms and hallways in Building 100. The scope includes approximately 4,534 square feet of flooring, including broadloom and carpet tile, plus 125 linear feet of cove base. The solicitation specifies Shaw Contract carpet products and Roppe wall base, requires the contractor to install the materials, remove waste, clean completed areas, and coordinate work around campus operations. The contractor must provide all labor and materials and include destination freight in pricing.
