Description
The City of Midland is soliciting proposals to conduct a feasibility study for the purpose of combining agencies into a single, county-wide public transportation authority. The study will assess the viability and potential benefits of such a consolidation. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP4667-TRANSIT FACILITY STUDY". Bid documents are available for download at BidnetDirect by SOVRA/MITN Purchasing Group, which requires registration. Information can also be obtained directly from the Purchasing Department at City Hall, Midland, MI, or by emailing purchasing@midland-mi.org.
