Description
West Basin Municipal Water District is seeking a consultant to support participating retail agencies with compliance under California's Making Conservation a California Way of Life requirements. Services include project management, agency onboarding and education, data requests and management, classification of commercial, industrial, and institutional customer accounts, identification of special landscape areas, identification of dedicated irrigation and mixed-use meters, analysis of landscape-area thresholds, disclosable-building reporting, commercial and institutional best management practices, and annual Urban Water Use Objective reporting. Optional as-needed technical assistance may also be authorized. The proposal must include an executive summary letter, qualifications and similar experience, key personnel and subconsultants, technical approach and methodology, at least three recent client references, and a price proposal based on supporting four retail agencies with approximately 10,000 water connections or services each. Respondents must also complete required compliance confirmations and provide applicable business-enterprise certifications or licenses. The successful consultant must maintain specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation coverage.
