Description
Fraser Public Schools is soliciting electronic bid proposals for BP 8 renovations at Twain, Dooley, and Salk schools. The bid categories include general trades, mechanical, electrical, and roofing work. Proposals must be based on the project manual and construction documents identified in the advertisement, with bids submitted on electronic forms furnished through BuildingConnected. A 5% bid security is required with each proposal. Accepted bidders must provide performance and payment bonds and certificates of insurance as a condition precedent to contract award. The project is subject to state sales and use taxes, is not subject to prevailing wage rates, and may require bidder prequalification. The successful bidder will enter into an AIA A132-2019 agreement with Fraser Public Schools.
