Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a 12-month firm-fixed-price lease for nineteen model-year-2026-or-newer non-tactical vehicles with fewer than 1,000 miles at initial delivery and unlimited mileage. The fleet includes stake trucks, stake/flatbed trucks, a dump truck, a truck wrecker, and full-size pickup trucks with specified drive systems, capacities, bed lengths, and weight ratings. Vehicles must be delivered to the Fort Hood Range Operation Center by September 30, 2026, to support tactical range clearance, maintenance, safety, troop movement, and logistics operations in rugged off-road environments. The contractor must provide delivery, full-service preventative maintenance, tire replacement, annual Texas safety inspections, licensing, registration, insurance, and comparable replacement vehicles within 24 hours of a vehicle becoming non-operational. The contractor must also submit initial inspection, monthly maintenance and mileage, and damage or incident reports electronically in Microsoft Office or PDF format. The solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and no security clearance is required, although employee background checks and installation access procedures apply.
