Description
School District No. 40 (New Westminster) intends to award a contract to Thomas Distributors Inc. (YourSpaces) for the supply, delivery, assembly, placement, and related services associated with educational furniture for the Queen Elizabeth Elementary School Expansion Project. The District seeks consistency and compatibility with its existing educational furniture standards, finishes, colours, product lines, and learning environments. This is a Notice of Intent. Vendors wishing to challenge the proposed award must submit a written Statement of Capabilities demonstrating that they can provide an equivalent solution satisfying the District's requirements. The statement must be submitted electronically by email by the stated deadline and must follow the solicitation's evaluation criteria.
