Description
The U.S. Air Force requires repainting of 3,321 square feet of interior hallway walls in Building 45 from red to white. The contractor must protect floors, fixtures, molding, furniture, and other non-targeted surfaces; clean, patch, sand, and prime the walls; apply commercial-grade white paint for a continuous opaque finish matching adjacent walls; and remove all materials and debris. The work must be phased to minimize disruption to normal operations and hallway traffic, comply with OSHA indoor-painting safety requirements and local environmental disposal regulations, and conclude with a joint walk-through and final inspection. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price, one-lot service with performance completed within 14 calendar days after award receipt.
