Description
The U.S. Army requires non-personal services to remove and dispose of the existing DC battery plant at Building 30430, replace it with a new system, and maintain continuity of mission-critical Land Mobile Radio communications. The scope includes demand-load analysis, system design, installation, remote monitoring and alarm integration, testing, commissioning, hazardous-waste disposal, and submission of disposal manifests. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, tools, safety equipment, and remote-site logistics, including mandatory all-terrain vehicles and trailers. The replacement system must support overnight loads and low-solar conditions and comply with IEEE 1188, NFPA 70 Article 480, UFC 3-520-01, MIL-HDBK-419A, environmental regulations, and the Performance Work Statement. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a period of performance from September 28, 2026, through October 27, 2026, preceded by a 72-hour phase-in period. Offers must include a completed price proposal and technical documentation demonstrating compliance with the Performance Work Statement and technical exhibits.
