Description
Lebanon Utilities is requesting qualifications from developers to collaborate during design development and construction drawing preparation, then develop, construct, operate, and maintain improvements to its electrical system. The initial scope includes a 69kV-to-12.47kV electrical distribution substation, with the possibility of phased construction by one or more developers and participation in future phases. The response must include a Statement of Qualifications, at least three similar completed projects with reference contact information, a proposed project schedule covering financing, construction, and conveyance, descriptions of the project lead and management and construction teams, and any fees requested for the two- to three-month scoping process. The selected developer may first enter a scoping agreement for preliminary design collaboration services before a public-private agreement is considered.
