Description
The City seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call sanitary and storm sewer maintenance and rehabilitation. Work may include cleaning and CCTV inspection of sewer lines, full-length and spot cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, spray lining of large pipes and culverts, manhole rehabilitation, joint and lateral testing and grouting, traffic control, and bypass pumping. The scope includes pipes of varying diameters, and the City will assign individual tasks during the contract period; it does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. The City intends to award up to two contracts, each for three years from the Notice to Proceed, with an optional extension of up to one additional year. Proposals must include the requested qualifications, experience and references, safety and workforce information, social equity and sustainability information, and completed pricing schedules and required attachments. A 5% bid security is required. The solicitation also specifies performance, labor and material bonds and insurance for the selected contractor after award.
