The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is requesting proposals from a Washington State certified and licensed engineering firm for the replacement of approximately 10,000 square feet of roofing at the Keller Community Center. The selected contractor must provide stamped, construction-ready engineering drawings and specifications; cost estimates for the overall project and individual roof areas; assistance with the construction solicitation; HVAC curb compatibility and sealing guidance; and an engineered ladder for roof access. The scope also includes responses to requests for information, submittal reviews, professional rooftop guidance, at least two site visits, biweekly owner meetings, and three hard-copy print sets for the owner, contractor, and permitting purposes. Proposals must include the requested organizational, technical, qualifications, staffing, conflict-of-interest, current-assignment, and detailed cost information, and must not exceed 30 single-spaced pages in at least 12-point font. The anticipated engineering work is scheduled from October 2026 through March 2027, with construction-phase support continuing as needed.
